Instead, I let him delete pieces of us—our first fight, the time he forgot my birthday, the evening he left me for a Swiss AI ethicist named Elke.
I now travel the world in pursuit of the ghosts of emotions I cannot wholly remember. Is it love if you delete the pain techno-surgically? 🫠
The Scars that Drive Me
